EIZO - SMS Campaign Terms and Conditions

Eizo Nanao Corporation is a leading global manufacturer of high-end visual display products. The image quality, long-term reliability, and innovative features of EIZO monitors make them the products of choice in many financial trading rooms, hospitals, back offices, and design studios throughout the world. EIZO is based in Japan and represented in over sixty countries by subsidiaries and a network of exclusive distributors.

Your use of the EIZO text message and alert service ("the Service") is governed by the terms and conditions below. Use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms, which take effect when you sign up for the Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not sign up for the Service.

1. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and if you are under 18, your parent or guardian must have read and agreed to these terms before you subscribe.

2. This is a standard rate one-off service, meaning after receiving the initial confirmation message no additional messages will be delivered to users. EIZO does not charge for the Service, but carrier message and data rates may apply. You agree that you are responsible for paying your carrier's charges to use the Service, or if you are under 18, that you have permission to use the Service from the adult responsible for paying the carrier's charges.

3. EIZO reserves the right to change these terms or cancel the Service at any time. Please check these terms on a regular basis for changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted will mean that you accept the terms as modified by the posted changes.

4. To subscribe to the Service, simply text EIZO to 70734 from your mobile phone.

5. To unsubscribe from our SMS service at any time, simply text the word STOP to 70734 from your mobile phone. You can also e-mail the word STOP to text@asgren.com to unsubscribe. If you require assistance, want additional information or have questions about this Service, text the word HELP to 70734 or e-mail text@asgren.com.

6. By subscribing to the Service, you acknowledge that your contact details may be shared with EIZO's international affiliates and that you have read and agree to EIZO's privacy policy. By subscribing to the Service you also agree that we may text you to request your email address. By providing us your email address, you are opting in to receive emails about our campaigns, events and activities, local volunteer opportunities and alerts, and membership and renewal appeals.

7. EIZO makes no representations or warranties whatsoever regarding the Service. EIZO hereby disclaims all warranties including any implied representations or warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. EIZO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or any other damages, even if EIZO has been advised of the possibility of such damage or loss, arising or resulting from or in any way relating to your use of the Service.

9. You expressly agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EIZO, its directors, officers, employees, servants, agents, representatives, independent contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, actions, causes of action, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), judgments, or penalties of any kind or nature whatsoever arising from your use of the Service.

10. These terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the California, and any arbitration or judicial proceedings to enforce or interpret the terms hereof may be brought only in Cypress, California.

11. Carriers supported on the program. The Service is currently available to most wireless carriers in the United States, including Alltel, AT&T Mobility, Boost Mobile, Cellular One, Cincinnati Bell, Cricket, Nextel, Sprint, T‐Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile subscribers. For all of these carriers, our short code number is 70734. Users can use the Service if they have the ability to send and receive text‐messages on their cell phones.
