Every project is driven by your goals and objectives.
The web is a tool for the growth and development of your company. Our job is to find out what type of tool is going to give you maximum results. Our approach to all projects is simple. Before we work with you, we want to ensure that we understand your goals and objectives. We give you the information you need to make informed decisions about important aspects of your project. Not to mention, we love it when we can answer any of your questions or offer our advice.
Discovery
In this phase, we find out:
- how your business works
- your competitive landscape
- short- and long-term project goals and objectives
- scope of work
- assumptions
- budget
Analysis and Design
Once we've discovered necessary information about your needs, and the goals have been agreed upon, we lay out a project plan. This includes milestones or phases, diagrams, process flowcharts, sitemaps and team selection. A strong and thorough foundation is established for the duration of the project.
Production/Development
With a solid foundation in place, the development of the project can begin. Artwork is converted to its necessary formats and program templates are created. Front-end (GUI) and Backend development follow the project plan to ensure consistency, usability and appeal.
Migration/Implementation/Installation
In this phase, we test both the creative and technical components of the project to ensure that everything is consistent and working in the proper environment. This includes cross platform and web browser compatibility, system setup, and documentation.
Conclusion
Ongoing success is the goal for any of our projects. Our personal goal is to make sure that all components created are easily adaptable to strategic changes. If something isn't working, we'll work with you to find a solution that will.
